*Position Overview:*We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team as a User Research Intern. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conducting user research to inform product development and design decisions.

*Responsibilities:*

- Assist in planning, designing, and conducting user research studies.

- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights into user needs and preferences.

- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and user pain points.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate user feedback into product development processes.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user research methodologies.

*Requirements:*

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.

- Strong interest in user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

- Proficiency in conducting user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests is a plus.

- Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics, UserZoom, or UsabilityHub is a plus.
