We are looking for a Virtual administrative assistant who is responsible and has an awesome personality to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls/emails

• Organise and schedule appointments

• Serve as point of contact

•  Managing data in cloud-based systems, databases, spreadsheets, word processing, Excel files, and Google Docs.  
  

• Arrange appointments and hold meetings with clients for business meetings and discussions.
  

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printer and PC

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

This is a Virtual/Remote position. Monday - Friday. Able to start immediately. Please apply if you are interested.
