1. Work with the Webinar process lead to plan, manage, coordinate, and execute the webinar marketing initiatives.
2. Assist in the creation and execution of the monthly webinar schedule.
3. Set up webinar events on Zoom and create webinar presentation materials
4. Work closely with other marketing organizations to ensure the successful promotion of all webinars ( to drive audience registration (email marketing, social media, co-marketing, affiliate marketing, etc.)
5. Ensure webinar sessions recorded are available for post-webinar promotion and on-demand webinar efforts

Requirements:

1. Keen interest in content marketing and willingness to learn on the job.
2. Ability to work with multiple teams and as a team player, and an eye for detail
3. Ability to meet deadlines
4. A Bachelor's degree (English, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is a plus) in any discipline (Professional experience not mandatory)
