Studies have shown that if employers can focus on providing formal training in form of apprenticeship, productivity and quality of output improves tremendously. Government has taken a great initiative in amending the Apprentices Act; and introducing schemes like NETAP which empowers employers to appoint apprentices across India in any function and industry.
