We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Artist/Designer to join us in creating world-class Augmented Reality Experiences at Cryenx Labs. As one of the first 20 employees at Cryenx Labs, you'll work in an extremely lean team, enjoy solving different problems, take ownership, and help in shipping world-class products.

You’ll work closely with engineers and other designers. You’ll contribute to the product-designing process, designing beautiful AR Experiences.

Who you are:

• 1+ Experience creating High-Quality 3D assets.
• Experiencing creating mobile-device optimized low-poly 3D models for production use.
• Experience in creating high-resolution 3D models for concept art, or for use in marketing campaigns.
• Experience in modeling & generating 3D renderings of different styles adhering to the project requirement.
• Help build rapid 3D models for concept purposes.
• Solid understanding of rendering & model lightning concepts. 
• You are an expert in any 3D modeling software such as Blender and Maya. 
• You are a strong communicator. Explaining complex modeling concepts to designers, clients, and other engineers is no problem for you.
• You take a thoughtful approach to decision making; knowing when to move fast and when to do things right.

What you will do:

• You’ll contribute to all areas. You might choose to go deep in 3D Modeling or building modeling rendering pipeline tools to automate our modeling process. You will help shape the direction of our design stack for augmented reality products.
• You’ll be an owner. We believe in hiring smart people and giving them as much responsibility as they can handle. we’ll make sure you are always pushing yourself to new levels.

Bonus Points:

• You have experience using Unity 3D.
• Experience designing large scale 3D models. 
• You have experience in scripting to automate 3D modeling/rendering/shading.
• You have experience in designing 3D models for AR apps. 
• You have experience working at a startup.
• A good dose of ambition, as well as a great sense of humor.
