As an Accounts Receivable Caller/Associate, the incumbent should be aware of US Medical Billing, CPT & ICD 10 codes, Modifiers, denials from payers who can call insurance companies in US to get claim status.

Experience:  6 months to 3 years.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the claims for collection of payments.
• Appeal to Insurances for pending claims.
• EOB analysis and work on rejections.
• Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
  Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality
  standards.
  Should be willing to work in US shift.

Desired Profile

• Any graduate/Undergraduate
  
• Should be an excellent communicator with very good interpersonal relationship and great team building capacity
  Should have 0 to 1 year of experience in international voice process.
• Proficient in computers and internet usage with good command over MS Word, MS Excel and keyboard skills
• Good analytical and numerical abilities and should be excellent in simple mathematical calculations
  Ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed
