ABAP with LOG Developer

Hi Team,

After multiple discussions with Panel members PFB below Mandatory details and attached new templates for ABAP lead requirement. Each templates should be filled by candidates and ask them to send you by mail along with JD and CTC confirmations. In templates each skills mentioned was a mandatory skills so screen candidates properly and share with us don’t share profiles just for a submission sake. Adobe forms & Idocs exp should be in current projects not in previous projects. We need each and everyone to take ownership for this demand particularly to close the positions.. Please let me know if any details required.

Technical skills mandatorily required for all tracks –

1.      Must be strong working experience in ABAP + Advance ABAP 7.4+

2.      Must be strong working experience in ABAP OOP’s

3.      Must be strong working experience in IDoc’s

4.      Must be strong working experience in Adobe Forms

5.      Must be strong working experience in Enhancements(BADI, BAPI, Implicit & explicit, Exits)

6.      Must be strong working experience in Solman & Charm

7.      Must be strong working experience in Performance & Optimization

8.      Must be strong working experience in Upgrade activities(SPDD/SPAU etc.)

Rest of the skills such as Webdynpro/FPM, Mobil development, HANA modeling, UI5, Fiori, Odata etc can be added advantage. 

Management Skills –

1.      Must have team management experience

2.      Pharma client/company experience will be added advantage

3.      Must have good communication, interpersonal skills, good attitude, individual contributor, troubleshooting & problem solving skills etc.

Skills track wise –

·        Proc/MDM Lead:

1.      Good understanding & working experience of following SAP module : MM, IM, ,MDM, WM

2.      Good understanding and experience with inbound & outbound deliveries

3.      Experience with GR & GI

4.      Knowledge of integration with Ariba, Ninpendo, Readsoft is optional. Will be added advantage.

5.      Must have good understanding and experience with workflow

·        Comm Lead:

1.      Good understanding & working experience of following SAP module : SD

2.      Knowledge in integration of SD with SAP APO, FI/CO. Will be added advantage.

3.      Good knowledge in Sales order block , GATP, Live Cache.

·        MFG/QM Lead:

1.      Good understanding & working experience of following SAP module : PP & QM

2.      Knowledge in integration of PP & QM with FI/CO, MM, WM, & SD. Will be added advantage.

3.      Knowledge in various middleware is preferred: SAP-PI

4.      Integration with 3^rd party systems such as LIMS, MES & WM - preferred.

·        Log. Lead:

1.      Good understanding & working experience of following SAP module : MM, IM, MDM, WM

2.      Good understanding and experience with inbound & outbound deliveries

3.      Experience with GR & GI

·        FICO Lead:

1.      Good understanding & working experience of following SAP module : FI, CO

2.      Good understanding & working experience in SAP FI-MM , SAP FI-SD integration

3.      Integration with Concur, Readsoft & Other 3^rd party systems will be preferred.

4.      Knowledge in various middleware is preferred: SAP-PI

5.      Experience in Vistex is preferred

6.      Experience in Readsoft is preferred

·        APO/Charm Lead:

1.      Good understanding & working experience POWL, BOL, UI extension

2.      Expert knowledge of following SAP APO modules –

·        DP(Demand Planning)

·        PP/DS(Production planning detail scheduling)

·        SNP(Supply Network Planning)

·        GATP(Global Available To Promise)

·        BOP(Back Order Processing)

3.      Expert knowledge of CIF(Core Interfaces) , LiveCache – Integration with ECC.

4.      Integration with Kinaxis preferred

5.      Proven Solman development
