RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Profile study of clients (walk ins, reference based, online and leads based)
accordingly giving a proper advice by showing different university options.
b) Explaining the application process (Student Outbound calls for promotions, after sales services, handling inbound calls to answer client queries, sharing required information, issues handling and so on.
c) To ensure maintaining company norms and policies related to his/her area, aggressive followup, strong convincing skills, committed and to be flexible. Always demonstrate new sales techniques and keep on upgrading with new updates
d) Documentation/filing, documents checking, assisting back end process team to get pending information and documents from clients.
e) Student training for interviews which includes training counselling, sharing guidelines and tips, notes preparation and verification, mock interviews and feedback to the superiors about eligibility to face interview.
