Responsibilities:

• Advise /Guide students about what courses and educational programs they need to choose for right career path.
• Meeting with clients (student /parents) & counselling Online or during their visit to institution.
• Aid clients in the job search process by teaching them where to look for job openings and connecting them with job search resources.
• Counsel clients who are considering a career change.
• Provide career counselling and career development sessions for graduates and aspiring students.
• Achieving business and organization objectives and goals.
• Conduct trainings, workshops, lectures, presentations, and other events to develop career planning and employability skills for students.( applies incase candidate has experience).
• Posses team work skills and to coordinate with faculty, administrative and co-workers to achieve desired organization goals.
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and campaigns when need arises.
• Coordinate with other academic advisors to help students in making career choices based on their academic majors.
• Research and analyze current employment trends in various industries.
• Maintain regular contacts with potential employers for new job opportunities.
• Conduct career awareness events and education fairs for students
• Maintain accurate database of student academic and employment records.
• Working towards monthly and annual targets.
