Job Description

Academic Associate recruitment in Institute of Rural Management Anand

Required qualifications: Post-graduate in Management / Business Administration / Rural Management / Entrepreneurship or equivalent degreeswith a minimum of 55% overall marks. Though not compulsory, it is desirable that an applicant has prior experience of working as a teaching/research assistant.

Knowledge of Excel, MS office and data analytic applications like SPSS / STATA / R / Nvivo will have added advantage. 

Remuneration: The selected candidate shall be offered a consolidated salary between Rs.25,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month as per the merit, qualification and experience.

Duration: The appointment will be made on contractual basis, initially for a period of two years and extendable for two more years with a probation period of one year. 

Age: Candidates should be preferably below 32 years of age. Selection process: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at IRMA, Anand.
