Academic Associate recruitment in Institute of Rural Management Anand. 

Job responsibilities: Academic Associate (AA) will work with faculty members and assist
them in undertaking: Preparation of course materials, Evaluation, Guidance for individual & group assignments, Research projects, Training

The Academic Associate considered for the position will be expected to hone their abilities and
leave the Institute richer for the experience armed with the ability to take up higher positions in
well-known institutions.

Required qualifications: Post-graduate in Management / Business Administration / Rural
Management / Entrepreneurship or equivalent degreeswith a minimum of 55% overall marks.

Though not compulsory, it is desirable that an applicant has prior experience of working as a
teaching/research assistant. Knowledge of Excel, MS office and data analytic applications like
SPSS / STATA / R / Nvivo will have added advantage.

Remuneration: The selected candidate shall be offered a consolidated salary between
Rs.25,000/- to Rs.40,000/- per month as per the merit, qualification and experience.

Duration: The appointment will be made on contractual basis, initially for a period of two
years and extendable for two more years with a probation period of one year.

Age: Candidates should be preferably below 32 years of age.

Selection process: Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed at IRMA, Anand. They will be
paid 3 tier AC train fare for attending the interview. Selected candidate should join
immediately.
