IT GURU jobs - Academic/Career Counsellor

ITGURU has partnered with various universities to offer external Graduate and Postgraduate courses i.e MBA, MCA, MCom, BA, BCom. etc. Now, we are looking for a live wire female career counselor to inform our target about the courses and enroll them. The job profile includes:

• Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about our courses as per their profiles.
  
• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

• Good Communication Skills
• Good Problem-solving skills over the call
• High energy level
