Hiring process and criteria:
1. Candidates who are having thorough knowledge related to Math, Biology Physics and Chemistry up to XII grades and who are confident on handling the roles and responsibilities mentioned below MUST only apply.
2. Interview will be conducted by the Principal of the institute which will include written test (optional or as decided by the interviewer),face to face interview (mandatory) and demo class (optional or as decided by the interviewer)

We are a coaching institute named DronaVyas Coaching IXPOE for Indian and International boards located in Bangalore. 
We are looking for academic coordinators who are having an in depth knowledge, crystal clear concepts and fundamentals for the subjects of Math, Physics and Chemistry up to XII grades for all the boards. Candidates having combinational knowledge of the subjects can also apply i.e Phy and Math; Chem and Biology.

Salary will be as per Market standards. 

Job roles and responsibilities:
1. All the academic related work like test paper and home worksheets preparation, correction, assessment, evaluation up to XII grades for Indian and Intern, feedback except for face to face teaching.
2. To monitor all the students classes are running smoothly and attending the classes to ensure that the quality of teaching in maintained in every class for students.
3. Arranging periodic PTM (Parent Teacher meeting) and addressing parents queries after understanding, analyzing and discussing with the team.
4. Any other academic related work not limited to above with open to learn new opportunities attitude and take challenges.

Working will be from home for now.
