Job Description

Academic Counsellor

Assessing clients' personal characteristics, skills and interests via one-to-one interviews and/or group sessions.

• Conducting seminars & workshops for the Medical / Engineering /Study abroad admission process.

• Respond to enquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins) and Follow up with them to convert aspiring candidates into the prospective lead.

• Explaining the organization’s services & deliverables and their importance to parents in one-to-one counselling sessions and closing sales.

• Providing appropriate help, advice and recommendations based on interviews/test results

• Administering and interpreting psychometric and personality tests

• Aiding clients in their search for an appropriate career stream and college

• Offering practical assistance with, applications for different entrance exams, counselling process and choosing the right stream and college.

• Helping clients in making action plans for entrance exams, and counselling process with help of different technical tools and deliverables of the company.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain appropriate resources, reports and statistical summaries.

• Maintaining student database, and progress report of staff and students as assigned.

• Undertaking general administration
