Responsibilities & Duties:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Learn sales-related features and advantages of entire products and services.
Ensure to maintain a professional attitude to deal with prospects and customers.
Explain clearly and precisely, features and advantages to the customers in non-technical terms.
Diligent follow-up.
Achieve Monthly and Annual sales targets.
Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Any graduates/ diploma/postgraduates can apply.
Minimum 1 year in Sales/ Telesales/ Business Development process experience.
OR smart and sales-passionate fresher candidates.
Willing to come to Bangalore office for 1-week training
Candidates who are well-versed in Coding are preferred.
Fluent in Kannada Good command of the English language.
You should have an Android mobile phone.
