Role: Academic Counselor

We are looking to hire an Academic Counselor whose role is to call parents, students and Schools on a daily basis, understand their concerns/needs, pitch about EduTechEx services and products and arrange counseling sessions.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Communicate via calls, emails to parents and students about EduTechEx services and products

• Arranging Counseling sessions between Sr. Counselors and Parents, students

• Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

• Researching about schools and curriculums.

• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.

• Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings between parents, teachers and management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in all streams preferably someone with excellent communication Skills.

• Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience as an Educational Counselor.

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

• The ability to follow scripts and align according to customers requirements.

• Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Team Player and excellent organizational skills.

• Effective communication skills.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Experience of tele calling and outbound/inbound sales in an industrial environment is highly desirable.
