As an Academic counsellor, your primary responsibility will be to assist prospective students in making informed decisions about enrolling in IT Related programs. Your excellent communication skills and experience in selling higher education courses will be invaluable in guiding potential students towards achieving their academic and career aspirations.

Key Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory

Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.

More than 1 year of experience in admission counselling, specifically within the ed tech sector.

A six-day working schedule.

This role requires you to work from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer personalized counselling sessions to help students understand their academic and career goals and how our courses align with them.

Guide students through the admission process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Develop and deliver effective counselling strategies and presentations.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute admission strategies.

Maintain comprehensive records of leads, prospects, and counselling interactions.

Provide exceptional customer service to enrolled students throughout their academic journey.
