Job description:

We are interested in hiring a dedicated and hardworking individual as Academic Counselor to join our SSL Computer Education Team.

·         We're looking for an Academic Counselor who are extremely Having communication and convincing Skills and Handling Leads with the potential customer support.

·         And willing to work with Sales and Target Oriented Environment.

·         As an Academic Counselor you will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth Business Sales process. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing Sales.

Experience:

Must have Experience in Academic Counseling, Customer Support, Team Handling Experience and Target Oriented Environments

Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, this includes counseling through phone, email, chat and social media.

·         Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the Sales pipeline

·         Details pertaining to lead discussions & conversion should be updated on Reports

·         Responsible for adherence of the inside Sales process, tools and data management.

·         Meet and overachieve the given weekly, monthly and quarterly target in terms of revenue as well as number of enrolments.

·         Handle Objections and Price Negotiation in order to generate Revenue.

·         Maintain effective communication till the time learner is onboarded.

·         Responsible for admission process of students.

·         Follow up on leads generated through various sources.

·         Explain admission procedures and courses offered by the Academy to the prospective students.
