• Designation: Academic Counselor
• Experience: 0 - 4 yrs.
• Location: Bangalore (Jayanagar 5th block)
• Working hours: 09:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Working days: Monday to Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Calling prospect candidates and make them aware of the program details.
• To follow-up with the candidates and convince them for seeking admission to the respective courses offered by the institution.
• Council the prospect candidates and explain them the career synergy related to their prior educational qualification.
• Explain the admission process to the prospective candidates and their family member/ loan guarantors related to loan documents.

Skills/Requirements: -

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and listening skills with presentable voice.
• 2-year experience in Academic Counselor/KPO/BPO (Voice) towards sales.
• Minimum 1-year experience in educational institute/ coaching classes/ online educational institute.
• Languages Known - English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil.
• Salary per month INR 20,000 in hand plus Incentive of 60,000 per month.
