Academic Counselor for Leading Education Industry- Experience is a must in good counseling and knowledge of distance education courses like Masters and Diploma programs.

Converting leads into successful admissions.
Effective and Timely Follow-ups.
Handle Different students enquiries.
Make calls, follow ups & ownership.
Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes.
Punctuality.
Respond to Student’s enquiries proactively.
Provide product and information to students.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Computer skills.

Ability to maintain accurate and updated records concerning student performance.

Understanding of institutional policies, procedures, and resources.

A desire to help students in their academic journey, from enrollment to graduation.
