Roles & Responsibilities: Product Conceptualisation - ○ Define and create a framework for a web-based reading and literacy program for 3-12 year olds - deliver the following documents - Product Specs, Strategy and Vision, Internal Guides, Customer guides, Roadmaps, User stories, design guidelines, competitor analysis docs etc ○ Work with the early years literacy team, B2C marketing and tech teams, and generate ideas for new Literacy products - 5 different products for B2B and B2C (digital and physical). Interact with Literacy Experts and educators to understand the current and future trends of the education sector and validate these ideas. ● Product building - ○ Provide product requirements to the tech team, and the kits team in the form of features and user stories. Answer Why Who How and What of the product with supporting documents. ○ Work with Product designers, UI and UX designers to create engaging products. ○ Conduct user testing, collect feedback and iterate on the product. ● Products Iterations and Roadmap - ○ Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, school implementation teams to understand how the product is being used and build better versions ○ Track metrics for the products - MAU, DAU, MRR, CAC, Churn Rate and other relevant metrics and take data based decisions to improve the product.● 3+ years of experience in Literacy and Language teaching/learning. ● Proven experience building products - Books, Training Programs, Assessments etc ● Excellent Spreadsheet and presentation skills; Documentation is a must. ● Basic knowledge of analytics tools and the ability to set up tracking/reporting mechanisms to capture key metrics. ● Keen interest in the education sector; Competencies: Agility and Proactivity ● Aggressiveness - You should be able to work fast and take a strong stand but without being harsh. ● Proactive - You should be act without being told. Learning in Chaos ● The ability to thrive in ambiguity and learn on a daily basis.
