Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Taking care of the learning experience of up to 1000+ students at a time
2. Handling their journey from their onboarding till their course completion
3. Driving initiatives to increase engagement and improve our KPIs
4. Leading and training our team of facilitators to ensure the quality of the learning experience of our students and educators
5. Maintaining timely coordination with all the stakeholders
6. Studying data and analyze behavior patterns and provide suggestions on ways to improve the learning journey
7. Collecting feedback from the learners, pass it to the educators, and ensure the quality of each live class is maintained
