Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company's revenues
2. Handle the processing of incoming payments along with the issuing of the necessary paperwork
3. Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies
4. Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices
5. Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
6. Collect and sort all invoice, credit, bill, and order statements
7. Enter all relevant data into accounting software
8. Utilize electronic, standard and certified mail services to deliver invoices
