We, at Hedge Bizincub Consultancy (a start-up company),are looking for freshers or people with 1 year of work experience for the role of Account Assistant. Responsibilities: 1.Providing support to the Accounting Department 2.Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry into ERP, payable, receivable, account reconciliations, answering phones, processing mails, recording transactions, updating ledger, assisting with audits or fast checking and preparing budgets and reports etc. 3.Handling Communications with clients and vendors Requirements: 1. Candidate should be a Graduate, preferably in the related field 2. Should be an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication. 3. Proficient with computers and software such as MS-Excel and Tally 4. Familiarity with basic accounting principles 5. Candidate should have high learning agility so that he /she can grow with the company. 6. Should be trustworthy, efficient and organized.
