Shift Timings: Night shift (can be rotational shift)

 Location: Bangalore

 Main Duties:

• Oversees the production of subtitles for films and TV series for a major motion pictures studio
  
• Coordinates with all departments and foreign affiliate offices during the preplanning and execution phases of the subtitling process
  
• Acts as a liaison between all affiliate offices and other partner groups, obtaining and circulating all necessary information
  
• Reviews cost estimates for accuracy before submitting to the studio
  
• Maintains and updates the internal database and the internal network
  
• Under the authority of the Production Supervisor:
  
• You will be responsible for managing all aspects of subtitling projects for the assigned studio, from the initial work request through to final delivery and post-delivery action when required, supervising the execution of your projects with foreign offices in Bangalore, London, Moosic and Los Angeles
  
• You will communicate with the assigned studio and other internal resources regarding new projects, deadlines, assets and status updates, all the while exhibiting a consistent standard of excellence in all your business communications
  
• You will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, strictly respecting the deadlines and the specifications set by the studios
  
• You will prioritize work to manage multiple tasks and simultaneous projects
  
• You will proactively target opportunities, problems, and solutions pertaining to the preplanning and execution of the subtitling process
  
• You will keep abreast of new procedures in an ever-changing industry, and participate in discussions regarding the development and implementation of said procedure
  

Education, Experience and Competencies:

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• Strong English verbal/written communication skills are essential
  
• Computer-oriented, with a sound knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Outlook)
  
• Multi-task oriented
  
• Extremely detail-oriented
  
• Organized, priority-focused, dynamic, independent, resourceful
  
• Team player
  
• Responds well under pressure of deadlines
  
• Prior experience with coordination, project management and / or in customer/client service will be an added advantage
