We are seeking a motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for executing client related engagements in the areas
of governance, risk & compliance (GRC),internal audits, process reviews, standard
operating procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, and IFC. In
addition, the candidate will be required to file GST returns and conduct GST
reconciliations for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Ensure quality delivery of client engagements as per client requirements.
Review working papers and client folders to determine the work delivered is
of high quality.
Anticipate and identify engagement-related risks and escalate issues as
appropriate.
Establish strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify
opportunities for improving client service.
Understand business & industry issues / trends.
Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to
enable preparation of recommendations.
Ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal quality & risk
management procedures.
Demonstrate an application & solution-based approach to problem-solving
techniques.
Handle and supervise internal audits, statutory audits, and GST assignments.
Lead a team of assistants to ensure efficient delivery of client engagements.
Coordinate with clients, train, and supervise the work of team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the areas of governance,
risk & compliance (GRC),internal audits, process reviews, standard operating
procedures, enterprise risk management, revenue assurance, and IFC.
Strong understanding of GST regulations and experience in filing GST returns
and reconciliation.
Knowledge of accounting standards and principles.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and supervise a team of assistants.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
