Job Summary

• Responsible for daily, weekly and month-end account activities including Accounts receivables and payables.
• Preparation of debtors and creditors statements on a weekly basis.
• Day to day Accounting transactions in Tally-ERP 9.
• Preparation of Creditors reconciliation.
• Payment of all Types of Creditors, Matching of Ledger,
• Preparation vehicle insurance List, Payment accordingly.
• Payment of all types of vendors and official expenses
• Purchase, Sales, Receipts & Payment entries in software
• Sufficient knowledge of GST & E-Way Bill & TDS.
• Preparation and Modification of various other reports as required by the management.
• Verification of Vendor Bills
• Having of Experience working Tally 9 ERP.
• Preparation of Data required for audits.

Responsibilities and Duties
Job Duties:

• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Profit-and-loss statements
• Internal audits for policy adherence
• Monitoring company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews

Qualifications and Skills
Experience:

• Tally: 3 years (Required)
• Work: 2 years (Required)
• Accounting: 4 years (Required)
