Job Description

Looking for Accountant/ Accounts Executive with minimum 2 years of work experience on full time basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role of full time Accountant who has hands on experience on:-
QuickBooks (Intuit) accounting software
Complete vouchering & accounting
Income Tax Return of Salaried persons & business persons
Accounting and Auditing Experience of more than 3 years
Projected balance sheet for Individual / Corporates
TDS Deposit & Return
Payroll processing
GST return filing, RCM & Refunds knowledge
Prepare account statements as per requirement
Reconcile Partner payments and receivables
Knowledge of RoC forms & MCA compliances and return filing
Supervise banking operations and petty cash management
ESI and PF Knowledge
Liaising with business partners to handle accounts receivables

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

Qualification -
CA (Chartered Accountant)/ CS (Company Secretary) / Bcom(H) / Graduate with required skill set
Experience - Min. 2 years of relevant experience

Skills:

Quickbooks & Tally
Excellent communication skills
Basic Computers including Google search, MS Office - Word, Powerpoint, Excel
Adept at quick decision making, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
