Job Description

  • Managing Customer On boarding process after sign-up
  • Ensure Go-Live within specified TAT
  • Manage all support tickets and provide resolutions with support from Operation team. Increase Revenue per Customer by increasing transactions from signed up processes and New processes
Desired Skill: 
  •  Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi Quick learner Knowledge in Excel, Power Point and some knowledge of web technologies will be preferred.
