Account Manager- Enterprise sales
Location : Chennai
Education and Experience : Graduate; Post Graduate Diploma in Sales Management/ MBA is preferable. Max 3 years in Enterprise Sales
Age should not be more than 28 years max.
Job Duties :
- Experience of handling few accounts.
- Account planning & Management – understand customer business & document processing needs.
- Plan and execute actions to acquire customers. Activities involved will be understanding customer requirement and ensuring the maximum satisfaction of customers by proposing optimized solutions along with commercial outlook ability to judge real potential of customer & develop accordingly.
- Ability to understand organization structure of large accounts/customers.
- Ability to assess customer Documentation Needs and workflows.
- Retaining canon user accounts and generating new accounts/customers.
- Networking & relationship building ability at various levels in large accounts(CFO,CIO.CEO)
- Ability to be well informed about competitive positioning with respect to the Accounts
