We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Manager with talent in sales and experience in customer service. You will be responsible for customer interactions over the phone, by email, and/or via web-based presentations with focus on client day2/ lifecycle operations, contract retention and revenue growth. You will interact with senior sales resource on development of new business offerings, RFP management and strategic deals including Go-to-Market sales (sales with/ sales through). Other interactions, while tracking all new orders from initial receipt through implementation to billing closure, include technical operational departments, pricing teams, account support, delivery and billing functions. We expect you to maintain professional relationship with executives and functional leaders within assigned client base; to continue expanding/ improving your technical product knowledge by attending educational workshops and/ or reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention is maintained. Required Skills: fluent English including proficiency in writing; excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships; organizational, time-management and workload management skills; ability to work under pressure; ability to set priorities and make decisions quickly; capable of solving complex problems; pragmatic; analytical; resourceful; self-motivated; proactive; with attention to details; strong team player with commitment and positive attitude; etc. Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles and CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce) is a plus. Position may require occasional travel paid overtimes.
Qualifications
Overall Experience: 9+ Yrs (minimum 7 - 10 Yrs relevant experience on Sales) College or University degree (Business or Technical) Technical knowledge and network fundamentals. English language proficiency Need to work in US working hours (Night Shift)
