You’ll be expected to serve as the primary point of contact for daily customer account interactions, Work daily with a team of assistant account managers to establish the highest level of customer service through support and account management.
You’ll be responsible for customer account management, update customer files, account terms & conditions, verify credit applications, Credit Terms, Credit Limits and Debt for customers and prospects. customer account verification, customer ledger reconciliation. Interact with the current customer base to establish relationships, Maintaining and monitoring key accounts for retention and growth.
