Job Duties:

  • Responsible for managing a portfolio of Key accounts and for delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • In change of maintaining a strong sales pipeline through effective relationship building, account management and lead generation.
  • Identifying and assessing E-commerce client’s critical needs.
  • Managing High revenue generating E-commerce Client’s
  • Attend meetings with E-commerce clients.
  • Single point of contact for priority customers and resolving their critical issues.
  • Providing Technical customer support as necessary.
  • Respond to client’s communications or queries.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews with management and clients.
  • Keeping all business parameters up to date according to market trend and competitor’s activities.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
  • Persistent and skilled at negotiating.
  • Able to manage time and projects effectively.
  • Upselling and Cross selling in existing client list.
  • Assist with establishing the forecast goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
  • Establish and enforce a pricing policy that balances volume, customer loyalty, and the cost of doing business.
  • Works together with colleagues to support the achievement of increased profit and sales without compromising the quality of work.
