JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent will be required to create and nurture long-term relationships with developers and collect data for PAN India real estate projects. The role requires working with cross-functional internal teams within the organization. The long-term scope of the Account Manager is to be the single point of contact for all customer queries and will be responsible fo query resolution.
Responsibilities
The initial KRA of the account manager would be to collect data for real estate projectsfor Tier 1 cities of India He will be responsible for calling developers and do field surveys for the required data
Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers Nurture long term relationship with developers and maintain a contact database of developers Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs Grow into account managers in the long term to manage customer queries and handle the entire lifecycle of the customer with the organization
Experience Previous account management experience Existing relationship with developers is preferred Data collection experience through field surveys and calling is preferred Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role Willingness and ability to travel
