What do we want from you?
- We want you to be one point of contact for clients. You should be a creative communication and marketing solutions for clients assigned. You will also be the go-to person in case of delivery and control activation questions, any escalation in terms of timeliness/quality and will need to plug it by internal coordination till the solution provided
Possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, marketing communication, and its implementation
- Cracking brief given by the client, assist team for smooth execution and processing of all the campaigns
- Accountable for project completion with the expected quality and Service Level Agreements
- Establish and cultivate relationships with a companyâs clients
- Supports in creating innovative tactics to support brand strategies for client
- Regular site meetings for key clients and understand their needs
- Pass on any Account mining leads to the sales team as and when identified
- Work with other account managers at a company to create a consistent client message
- Ensuring flawless and regular documentation and progress report for the management and clients
- Responsible to bring repeat business from a current client

Competencies and Skills Required:
- 3 to 5 Years of experience in an account management role.
- An inherent nature to excel and generate value for the client
- Prior experience in operations in a client-facing role. Preferably from an agency background
- The sense of designing and digital understanding
- Proficient in strategic planning and have a strong understanding of a companyâs services so they can explain to clients and answer questions in both group and one-on-one situations
- Candidate should be balanced with logical and practical thinking, focused, able to handle the pressure and quality-oriented
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills. In addition, they should have strong leadership skills, be self-directed and be able to multitask
- Functional Knowledge of MS office and understanding of PnL will increase the chances of selection
