A sales role responsible for developing corporate accounts as well as upsell and acquiring new business to
expand company market share through a consultative approach (understand Human Capital needs) and
introduction of new products and services (via implementation of recruitment and employee branding
strategies).
Products involved:- core on-line recruitment solutions, job postings, resume database(RD) access, career
website, web space purchase, recruitment software and international database of careerbuilder.com.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong territory knowledge and proven sales history of meeting sales quotas through strategic
selling approach.
2. Strong demonstration of intellect, is self-driven, has good learning agility, and sales acumen.
3. Resourceful and has a “can do” attitude.
4. Proven relevant experience in building excellent client relationship, offering value-add, insights to
client business.
5. Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with high computer proficiency
6. Worked in fast start up or a dynamic company.
Job responsibilities
1. Understand our product and Services and it capabilities/application and the segments/industry
assigned and the challenges
2. Actively do sales generating activities, such as discovery, mapping, cold calls to ensure one
maintains a consistent pipeline of opportunities and prepare all necessary report for better sales
tracking.
3. Prospect and manage relationships (at CXO level) within the client organization by understanding
their recruitment needs, process and challenges and finally recommending suitable core
product/services for use.
4. Build rapport with key clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, sales presentations etc
5. Responsible for growing the business revenue from existing clients as well as through new business
acquisition in the segment assigned.
6. Ensure proper account servicing standards (pre and post sales such as training on product usage
and technology) are provided for existing clients. Coordinate with Customer service for resolution
of issues. Maintain client Relation, for both up-selling and ensuring renewals.
7. Assist Finance with Collections and manage aging accounts
Job Specifications
Must be a Graduate
Should have 3-6 years of corporate / B2B field sales experience with hands on experience of entire sales
cycle including exposure to Retention
Pushing new offerings along with core offerings to enhance penetration into accounts
Internet savvy and working knowledge in MS-Office
Should have demonstrated experience in handling value based / solution sales. Preferred industry
experience is from IT, HR Space / Consulting, Media, Solution Selling, Dot Com etc.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, networking skills and ability to collaborate with various
stakeholders
An aggressive personality, driven by performance would be a good fit for this role
Experience in handling HR domain products (ERP, Background Verification, Consulting, recruiting etc)
and services will be an added advantage
