Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Maintenance: Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions to maintain accurate books of accounts.

• Reporting & Analysis: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).

• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Managing vendor payments, invoicing, and collecting receivables.

• Taxation & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and filing returns.

• Audit & Reconciliation: Performing bank and general ledger reconciliations and coordinating with internal/external auditors.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assisting in budget preparation, expense management, and financial forecasting.

• Payroll Processing: Managing employee payroll, PF, and ESI, including documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, Excel).
