Job Description

  • Minimum 2 years experience. 
  • Basic Tally  ERP 9 knowledge.
  • Basic English fluency ( Read, Write ).
  • Candidate must have basic knowledge in MS office ( Excel, Word, Power Point, etc. ).
  • Maintaining and preparing monthly reports.
  • Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Preparing financial reports.
  • Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
  • Create and update expense reports
  • Process reimbursement forms
  • Prepare bank deposits
  • Enter financial transactions into internal databases
  • Check spreadsheets for accuracy
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records
Skills:
Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
