Responsibilities:
· Ensure all Account entries are done on daily basis
· Comply to all Taxation in timely manner as per statutory requirements
· Provide Monthly Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and P&L Statement
· Review and Discuss monthly financial reports
· Prepare Accounting forecast for smooth operations
· Recruit and Manage Account Support Team
· Directly supervise at least 5 to 6 Support Team employees
· Provide Training to Support Team and Expand their Account & Finance Skills
· Assist in improving Trade Cycle and Stock Inventory levels.
· Clearly Communicate and Implement Collection Policy
· Participate with Sales Team in Payment Collection
· Assist HR Personnel in preparing Sales vs. Expense Report
· Assist HR Personnel in Employee Incentive Scheme Calculations & Payment
· Evaluate Sales Contest and Scheme performance and suggest improvement
· Prepare and Present various MIS of Finance Data whenever required by Management
