Job Description

All back office work
Inventory management
Inventory inward and outward
Dispatch management
Handwritten invoice preparation
Document filing
Quotation preparation using Excel
Management of various office work and use of Excel
Invoice preparation in tally
Liasion with clients regarding order, dispatch, payment collection, etc.
Cash Management
Overall Supervision and managing delivery and packaging staff Etc.
Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable
Analysing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health
Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries
Generating financial reports that display the company’s profits, equity and cash flow
