Job Description

  • Manage all accounting transactions 
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • The accountant must be a commerce graduate and/or experienced accountant from bank/private institution.
  • Knowledge of tally latest version, excel, handling updated GST+TDS is a must.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience needed.
  • Knowledge of e-invoice is also preferred and/or required.
  • Work entails mostly office work.
  • Responsibilities may include direct interaction over telephone and via email with respect to payment enquiry with the client.
  • oversees the tasks of sending new invoices to clients and ensuring all outstanding invoices are paid in full and on time.
  • The Accountant should have an excellent eye for detail to catch errors on invoices and billing. They also should be good problem-solver, analytical, and have excellent technical skills.
  • Residence preferred 15 kms from the Main Office.
  • Working hours 10 hours per day from Monday to Saturday.
