Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for recording day-to-day accounting transactions in the ERP system, account analysis and reconciliations, Accounts Receivable management, follow-up with clients for outstanding dues etc.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accounting related entries to numerous registers, journals, and logs in an ERP system.
• Follow our company’s established accounting processes.
• Support accounts payable activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice creation and entry.
• Regularly maintain detailed reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
• Provide detailed analyses and explanations of all transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required (master’s degree preferred)
• 2+ years’ experience in accounting or related field
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Able to read and understand technical forms and financial reports.
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
