Job Description
Job Summary: The Accountant is responsible for managing and documenting all financial transactions, and overseeing administration and operations. Ideal for freshers with a BCom/BBA or related degree.
Key Responsibilities:Invoice Management:
- Generate, manage, and process invoices accurately and timely.
GST Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including filing returns and maintaining documentation.
Tally Entries:
- Record and maintain all financial transactions in Tally ERP system.
Balance Sheet Creation:
- Assist in the preparation and finalization of the company’s balance sheet.
Operations & Administration:
- Support various administrative tasks and operations management.
- Tally ERP 9: Proficiency in using Tally for accounting tasks.
- Tax Knowledge: Understanding of direct tax, indirect tax, TDS, and GST.
- Advanced Accounts: Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Advanced MS Excel: Expertise in using Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- PowerPoint: Ability to create presentations and reports.
