JOB DESCRIPTION:
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To complete general ledger operations
• To prepare monthly financial statements
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
• To prepare tax computations and returns
• To prepare budgets and forecasts
• Payroll administration
• To monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences
• Account/bank reconciliations
• To review and process expense reports
• To assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
SKILLS:
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge of financial reporting
• Knowledge of local, state and federal laws regarding accounting, finances and taxation
• Technical accounting skills
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software Key Competencies
• Scheduling and monitoring
• Communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem-solving skill
QUALIFICATION:
• Graduate/ Post-Graduate
