Job Summary

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Accountant - Admin Cum Sales Representative with excellent communication skills and good knowledge of accounting, tax , vat , gst and corporate services.

• A sound basic grasp of procedures and requirements for Licensing and Company formations in foreign countries
  

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities:

• Timely updating sales, purchase & other transactions
• Daily banking functions including bank reconciliations
• Administration and reconciliation of ledgers.
• Processing of bookkeeping and accounting transactions including postings.
• Preparation of credit control advice
• Financial management reporting as required

• Preparation and filing of Company, Partnership, and Sole Trader Accounts – including tax computations
• Preparation of Annual Returns for individuals, partnerships, and companies
• VAT administration and returns filing
• Day to day filing of papers and keeping the office up to date

• Handling visitors enquires and responding to emails
• Experience in tele-calling and passionate about sales
• Make outbound calls to generate target-oriented leads

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Skill Requirement:

• Should be hardworking and self-motivated.
• Should have good convincing skills on the phone
• Should be able to do market the business well over the phone
• Should be well versed in spoken and written English.

• Should have sound knowledge of Excel and MS office, as well as flexible to work with a new business application for the position.
