Job Description

  • Responsible for raising  initial queries for missing information from the client/manager
  • Responsible for ensuring Company Secretarial information and any tax information is complete and accurate
  • Responsible for detail ledgers scrutiny
  • Responsible for payroll, VAT & other accounts reconciliation
  • Responsible for making adjustments as appropriate
  • Responsible for completion of full set of working papers
  • Responsible for drafting accounts & Tax computation in IRIS
  • Responsible for running a disclosure checklist
  • Responsible for adhering to the deadline calendar
  • Responsible for filing the accounts with Companies house and HMRC.
  • Responsible for drafting an email with the draft accounts or any outstanding queries to be sent to the client.
  • Responsible for escalating if unable to complete jobs in Budged time or any other reason.
  • Responsible for filing of working papers and final accounts on server.
  • Responsible for updating briefing and issue carried forward to next year.
  • Responsible for completing IRIS Stages in IRIS practice management for APM adherence.
  • Responsible for daily updating of the time sheet.
  • Responsible for his job appraisal (performance feedback).
