Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of daily income and expenditure, ensuring adherence to accounting principles.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bill payments, invoicing, and collections.
  • Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, providing insights into lab expenses and revenue.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.
• Operational Support:
  • Schedule appointments for lab personnel and manage calendars effectively.
  • Assist with lab maintenance and upkeep, coordinating with relevant vendors and services.
  • Handle petty cash and manage office supplies.
  • Provide administrative support to lab personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software, including spreadsheets and financial reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse team members.
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
