Position : Sr. Accounts Executive.
Experience : 3 to 6 year.
Location : Kharadi, Pune.
Industry : Real Estate

Job Description:

Day to day Accounting operations, handing petty cash.
Working on Tally ERP, filing documents, Bank Reconciliation, Co-ordination with concern departments and banks, Intercompany matching.
Managing all bank related work including NEFT / RTGS.
Preparing & filing TDS, GST reports.
Checking bills of suppliers and contractors.
Maintaining P&L and Balance Sheet.
Coordination with CA, CS on operations related to accounts, taxation and compliances.
Working on Excel, Word & E-mail.

Candidate Profile.

Good knowledge of Real Estate industry.
Should have good knowledge of accounts and finance.
Basic understanding of real estate compliances and documentation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivated, team player, go getter with good interpersonal skills.
