We are CA firm and looking for CA dropouts, B.Com passed, M.com (with finance background) who have knowledge about accounting, auditing, Taxation and other statutory compliances. The job location will be Malakpet, Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
Manage all accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements and ensure that they comply with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular financial analysis and provide insight to key stakeholders on financial performance, identifying areas of opportunity for improvement.
Develop and implement efficient accounting processes and procedures to ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
Collaborate with other stakeholders to forecast business performance, plan budgets, and assess the impact of financial decisions.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that financial data entry is completed in a timely manner.
Manage audits conducted by external auditors and work with them to ensure that all accounting records are accurate and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Keep up-to-date with current accounting standards and regulations, and implement necessary changes to accounting practices within the company.
Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial reporting
Experience with accounting software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and provide valuable insight to key stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all areas of work
Experience in audits, tax compliance, and budgeting
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
