With three years regular service in pay matrix Level- 7/PB 2 Grade Pay Rs.4600/equivalent;
OR With five years regular service in Level 6/PB 2 Grade Pay Rs.
4200/equivalent. OR Officers from State Government / Autonomous Bodies / PSUs
holding regular post in equivalent grade; ii) Professional qualifications of
Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / MBA (Finance); OR Having passed SAS /
equivalent examination of organized Accounts Cadre of Central / State
Government; OR Having successfully completed Cash & Accounts training
conducted by ISTM; iii) Five years experience in finance, accounts and budget
related matters.
Desirable : Knowledge
of/experience in work on tally or other accounting software.

Level 8 (Pre-revised Pay Band II, Rs. 9300- 34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/-)
Accountant

Eligibility : i) Officials from the Central Government

With three years regular service in pay matrix Level 4/ PB-1 Grade Pay
Rs.2400/equivalent: OR With five years regular service in Level 3/ PB-1 Grade
Pay Rs. 1900/equivalent. OR Officers from State Government / Autonomous Bodies
/ PSUs holding regular post in equivalent grade; ii) Graduate in Commerce /
Finance/ Accounts.
Desirable : Knowledge
of/experience in work on tally or other accounting software.

Level-5 (Pre-revised Pay Band I Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-)
Stenographer

Eligibility : Holding analogous post on regular basis in the
same Pay Matrix Level-6 (Pre-revised Pay Band II, Rs 9300- 34800 plus Grade Pay
of Rs. 4200/ equivalent) or Having five years of regular service in the Pay
Matrix Level 05/04 ( Pre-revised Pay Band II, Rs 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay of
Rs. 2800/2400/ equivalent)
Desirable : Good
stenograph III and typing skills. Proficiency in handling computers.

Assistant Section

the same Pay Matrix Level-6/ prerevised Pay scale Rs. 9300-34800+GP Rs.4200/
equivalent -. OR Having five years of regular service in the pay matrix
Level-4/pre-revised Pay scale Rs 5200-20200+ GP Rs.2400/ equivalent.
Desirable : 1.Excellent
noting drafting, typing skills, Proficiency in handling computers with
Excellent Computer skills. 2. Experience in handling cash, Finance/Accounts
/Administrative/ HR- Establishment matters/ Legal/budget policy matters/
implementation of Government Schemes, etc.
Pay : Pay Matrix Level 6 (Pre-revised Pay Band II,
Rs. 9300- 34800 plus Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-)
Age Limit : The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.
